Our Dispatch Promise
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’ll do everything we can to get it to you quickly!
- Orders before 10am (Mon–Fri): Usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders after 10am or weekends: Processed the next working day.
During busy periods like Christmas and Black Friday, things can take a wee bit longer, but we’ll work hard to send you order out to you as soon as we can.
Once your parcel leaves us, it’s in Royal Mail’s hands. We’ll always aim to meet the delivery times shown on our website, but delays can happen, and sadly, that’s out of our control.
We only ship within the UK. Delivery to some areas make take slightly longer to arrive e.g. Scottish Isles. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete details may mean your order doesn’t arrive. If returned, a £4.99 reshipment fee applies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Standard Royal Mail Shipping: £4.99 (typically 3–5 working days).
- Free Standard Delivery: On orders over £50.

If you are local to Stirling, you may choose to collect your order in person. We will email you when your order is ready to confirm a collection day and time.
